O braço robótico NED de 6 eixos é uma oportunidade para todos os centros de treinamento adquirirem um Robô Colaborativo econômico, leve e compacto, ideal para aplicação em mesas de trabalho de laboratório.

Ned é o nosso novo robô colaborativo de 6 eixos baseado em tecnologias de código aberto projetado para educação, treinamento vocacional e pesquisa.

O Ned foi projetado para reproduzir todos os movimentos necessários para os usos mais avançados com precisão e repetibilidade de 0,5 mm.

A estrutura de alumínio do Ned torna-o exemplarmente robusto e suave, permitindo que ele execute com fluência os movimentos necessários para seus projetos de robótica.

Este cobot aproveita os recursos do Raspberry Pi 4, com um processador ARM V8 de 64 bits de alto desempenho, 2 Gb de RAM e conectividade aprimorada.

Ned é um robô colaborativo baseado no Ubuntu 18.04 e ROS (Robot Operating System) Melodic, uma solução open source criada para robótica. Através do ROS, Ned possui múltiplas bibliotecas que lhe permitem desenhar muitos programas dos mais simples aos mais complexos, respondendo de forma flexível às suas necessidades.

Usar o Ned para educação e pesquisa significa ter um robô colaborativo com usos fiéis à realidade industrial:
• Use um método de programação visual para os processos mais simples (Blockly, semelhante ao Scratch),
• Crie seus próprios programas que permitem criar processos complexos, como programas feitos para multirobôs ou que requerem o uso de inteligência artificial para a visão.
• Protótipo de cenários industriais completos como "pick and place" (pegar um objeto para movê-lo), "pick and pack" (pegar um objeto e inseri-lo em uma embalagem) ...

Ned se encaixa perfeitamente em nosso ecossistema projetado para a Indústria 4.0:
• A correia transportadora permite prototipar linhas de produção e pode ser controlada com o robô ou de forma autônoma.
• O Vision Set e sua câmera de pulso darão a Ned a capacidade de interagir com o ambiente ao seu redor com reconhecimento de imagem. Configure sua área de trabalho e use o Industry 4.0. Funções avançadas de processamento de imagem.

Como controlar o Ned?

• Ative o modo de aprendizagem de Ned para posicionar manualmente e ensiná-lo a posições para jogar. Controlar o Ned pode ser tão fácil quanto apertar um botão.
• Com o Niryo Studio, nosso aplicativo gratuito para desktop, use blocos para criar seus próprios programas robóticos. Com base no Blockly (semelhante ao Scratch), nossa interface de programação visual permite que você crie programas robóticos de forma rápida e fácil, sem qualquer conhecimento prévio de programação.
• Use um Arduino ou Raspberry Pi para controlar o Ned por meio de suas entradas e saídas digitais (tutorial).
• Usuários avançados: desenvolva seu próprio controlador (use um mouse de computador, teclado, controlador de jogo ou Leap Motion para controlar o Ned de acordo com suas preferências e necessidades), use nossa API (Python, Modbus, TCP) para controlar o Ned direta ou remotamente, ou mergulhe direto no código ROS, que é open source.
